Early registration is recommended for these holiday favorites
Registration for two popular Naperville Park District holiday experiences, Santa’s Naperville Workshop and Santa’s Hotline, begins on Tuesday, October 20 at noon. Nonresidents can register beginning Thursday, October 22 at noon.
Santa’s Naperville Workshop, presented by Woody Buick GMC, is held at the Paddleboat Quarry Rentals Building, located at 441 Aurora Avenue, from November 30-December 20. Santa will be coming to town to hear children’s holiday wishes, and families can take a trip to his magical workshop for a visit with him. Santa’s Naperville Workshop will also host a Pet Night on Tuesday, December 1 and Military and First Responders Night on Wednesday, December 9. Registration for those events begin on Tuesday, October 20 as well. Photos will not be provided, so attendees should plan to bring their own camera.
Advanced online reservations are required and can be made at www.napervilleparks.org/santasworkshop. Fees are $12 per family for residents and $17 per family for nonresidents. When registering, families can choose one of the available time slots. Please note, up to four families may be registered for the same time slot. There will be no on-site registration, and walk-ups will not be accommodated. Due to the popularity of the event and the limited number of available spots, families are encouraged to register early.
The Park District also offers Santa’s Hotline – an opportunity for children to receive a personal phone call from Santa Claus or Mrs. Claus. Children will be addressed by name and can share their gift ideas with Santa Claus or Mrs. Claus, creating a magical and memorable conversation for each child. Santa’s Hotline calls are free, but registration is required per family beginning Tuesday, October 20 at noon. Registrations are made online at www.napervilleparks.org/santashotline. Calls will take place on Wednesday, December 9 between 6:00-8:00 p.m.
