Billy Bricks has grown to 12 brick and mortar locations and now 7 food trucks with wood fired brick ovens burning 900 degrees to bring fresh, piping hot Neapolitan style pizza to your event or party.
18 years have flown by fast since we opened the first Brix Wood Fired Pizza in Downtown Lombard, IL. It was a rewarding journey filled with ups, downs, and surprises. But most of all it’s been a learning experience like no other.
